What YAVA is

One company responsible for the complete system.

We advise organisations on the technology they need, build and connect their systems, deploy engineers to make those systems work at the site, and support them afterwards.

We also inspect existing assets to find weaknesses across physical security, IT, operational technology and staff procedures. Where problems are found, our engineers can deliver the improvements.

We work with governments, infrastructure operators, insurers, security companies, asset owners, investors and businesses. Our work matters most where technology is essential to daily operations, and where failure would affect safety, revenue, security, public services or national capability.

Our goal is to make essential infrastructure safer, more efficient and more reliable, particularly in the world’s most complex operating environments.

How YAVA works

Why we work on site

Technology has to work at the site, not just on paper.

No two operating sites are the same. The buildings, equipment, networks, power supply, connectivity, staff procedures and existing systems are different at every location. Our engineers work on site so the system is built around the real environment, not assumptions made from a distance.

Risk Intelligence

From declared risk to observed risk.

Documents and remote checks show what should be in place. An inspection shows what is actually working. Our engineers visit the asset to test the controls, inspect the equipment, speak to staff and understand how a failure could happen.

Every assessment produces a RIP Score Report out of 100, the evidence behind it, how a loss could occur and a prioritised plan. We can then deliver the improvements.

Internal technology

Networks, servers, cloud, business software, the equipment that runs the site, payments, backups and user accounts.
