YAVA's model depends on the same team taking a system from design through deployment to daily running. That suits people who are comfortable owning a problem end to end, working across software, IT and equipment, and being accountable for a result rather than a document.
- Track record delivering systems into production, not just designing them
- Comfort working across software, infrastructure and operational technology
- Willingness to work on site, including in demanding conditions, where a role requires it
- Discipline around compliance, documentation and safety
Where you might work
Across office, remote and on-site environments, deploying from London, Geneva, Nairobi, Kolkata and Dubai, with experience across more than 50 countries.
