    Key Responsibilities

    • Design system architectures across software, infrastructure and operational environments

    • Integrate platforms with existing infrastructure, sensors and legacy systems

    • Define technical requirements and system documentation

    • Support deployment and testing of operational systems

    • Work with engineering teams to ensure performance, reliability and security

     

    Experience & Skills

    • Experience with complex system architecture or systems integration

    • Assist engineers with software development and system testing

    The Director of Strategic Sales & Partnerships is responsible for leading YAVA’s commercial growth across government, infrastructure and institutional sectors. The role focuses on identifying complex opportunities, developing senior relationships and structuring large-scale technology and infrastructure programmes.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic sales initiatives across priority regions and sectors

    • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers within governments, infrastructure operators and institutional partners

    • Identify and structure complex technology and infrastructure opportunities

    • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements and proposal development

    • Work closely with engineering and advisory teams to align solutions with client requirements

    • Support the development of YAVA’s international commercial strategy

     

    Experience & Skills

    • Senior experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure or government sector sales

    • Strong network within infrastructure, defence, public sector or institutional environments

    • Experience structuring complex international projects or partnerships

    • Strong commercial negotiation and strategic planning capabilities

    • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in global project environments
