YAVA is a British technology engineering company. We advise, build and protect the systems that governments, infrastructure operators and businesses depend on.
Who we are
One company responsible for the complete system.
YAVA exists because critical systems often do not work the way they are supposed to. Software suppliers build software. Hardware suppliers install hardware. Consultancies write reports. Nobody owns the whole environment, and the gaps between them are where things fail.
We design, build, integrate, deploy and support the systems organisations actually use. We are not only a consultancy, a software agency, a cyber company, a security company or a hardware supplier. We combine advice, engineering, on site delivery, risk assessment, remediation and continuing support.
Our engineering teams are based in the markets we serve. We deploy on the ground in places most international firms will not enter. Our work operates inside UK Bribery Act, sanctions and export control frameworks.

We work in complex environments because reliable infrastructure is often most important in places where technical support, suitable suppliers and experienced engineering teams are hardest to find.

Sites where security threats, instability or hazardous conditions change how the work has to be done.
Low resource environments
Places with limited power, connectivity, spare parts or local technical support. Most of our work involves both.
Where failure is costly
A fault can affect safety, revenue, security or a public service, so the infrastructure has to keep working.

Our people
The engineers we deploy.
We send our own engineers to the site, wherever in the world it is. They are used to demanding conditions, and they can put problems right while they are there.
Many are former Indian military
A large part of our field team served in the Indian armed forces. They are trained to work under pressure, in unfamiliar and hostile conditions.
At home in difficult places
Used to working with limited power, connectivity and local support, on sites others reach only at a distance.
Engineers, not auditors
The same people who find a problem can design and install the fix, so issues are closed out rather than logged.
