HOW YAVA CAN SUPPORT

Advisory & Systems Delivery

YAVA combines strategic advisory with hands-on systems delivery, supporting governments and critical infrastructure operators from mission design through to software, systems integration, and long-term operations in complex, high-risk environments.

HOW WE WORK

We work with governments, infrastructure operators, and private sector organisations to deliver technology programmes in complex and regulated environments. Our work covers advisory, systems integration, and bespoke software development, supporting clients from early planning through to live deployment. We focus on practical delivery, including in difficult and resource-constrained settings, working closely with client teams and local partners to ensure technology can be implemented, operated, and maintained in practice.

Public sector

We work with governments and public bodies to design, procure, and deliver technology programmes for national infrastructure and public services. Our role includes shaping requirements, supporting procurement, and integrating new systems with existing government platforms to move programmes into delivery.

Private sector

We support infrastructure operators and regulated businesses implementing complex technology systems. Our work covers technology strategy, system selection, and integration, ensuring new capability is embedded into existing operations and can be run in practice.

Bespoke software development

We design and build bespoke software where off-the-shelf platforms are not suitable. This includes custom systems and tools developed in-house to meet specific operational, security, and integration requirements and support long-term use.

SUMMARY OF OUR TECHNOLOGY CAPABILITIES

We design and build our technology in-house to ensure control, security, and long-term maintainability. Our platforms are developed to support complex infrastructure and public sector programmes, with a focus on interoperability, resilience, and deployment in challenging operating environments. This approach allows us to tailor systems to specific operational requirements, integrate with existing assets, and adapt quickly as programme needs evolve, without reliance on off-the-shelf solutions or third-party constraints.

Types of infrastructure supported by our technology:

  • Protect energy assets and maintain operational continuity.

Security, monitoring, and control systems are integrated across terminals, storage, and pipeline corridors. This includes perimeter protection, surveillance, incident response workflows, and operational visibility across large areas. The objective is reduced disruption risk, improved safety, and stronger compliance across critical energy infrastructure.

  • Secure the grid and strengthen resilience across generation and distribution.

Systems are designed to improve monitoring, access control, and operational oversight across power stations, substations, and utility infrastructure. OT and IT environments are aligned to reduce cyber and operational risk. This supports uptime, faster incident response, and reliable service delivery.

  • Improve security, throughput, and control across port operations.

Operational platforms and security systems are connected to support cargo visibility, gate control, yard monitoring, and incident response. Integrations can include access management, CCTV, tracking, and compliance workflows. The result is stronger port security, reduced delays, and more auditable operations.

  • Enable safer, more efficient airport and airside operations.

Surveillance, access control, and operational systems are integrated to support secure passenger flow and airfield safety. This can include perimeter monitoring, airside access enforcement, and command centre visibility. The focus is improved compliance, faster response, and reduced operational disruption.

  • Strengthen border control and increase operational visibility.

Systems can support screening, access control, queue management, and integrated monitoring across crossing points. Multi-agency workflows are enabled through shared dashboards and auditable reporting. The outcome is faster processing, improved security, and better operational coordination.

  • Reduce revenue leakage and modernise corridor operations.

Integrated systems support tolling enforcement, ANPR, traffic visibility, and operational reporting across transport networks. Data and payments can be linked to enable clearer audit trails and fewer manual processes. This improves revenue assurance, compliance, and network performance.

  • Secure industrial operations and enable scalable growth.

Infrastructure security and operational platforms are designed to manage access, surveillance, compliance, and site-wide visibility. Systems can support tenant management, logistics coordination, and incident handling. This creates safer operations, improved governance, and stronger investor readiness.

  • Deliver secure operations for public-sector environments.

Solutions support physical security, monitoring, reporting, and command workflows across government sites and public safety assets. The focus is operational control, resilience, and clear accountability across stakeholders. This improves readiness, response, and continuity under pressure.

  • Protect networks and reduce disruption across distributed infrastructure.

Monitoring and security systems support tower sites, fibre routes, and critical telecom assets. Capabilities can include intrusion detection, site access control, and operational alerting across remote locations. This reduces downtime, improves response speed, and protects service continuity.

  • Unify city operations into one operational picture.

Command and control platforms connect traffic, surveillance, emergency response, and municipal services into a single operational layer. Data-driven workflows improve situational awareness and multi-agency coordination. This enables faster response, better resource allocation, and more resilient city operations.

Technology we have developed in-house to support this infrastructure:

  • Connect systems into one operational capability.

Security tools, sensors, OT environments, and enterprise platforms are integrated into a unified architecture. Disconnected technologies are aligned into a single operational workflow with consistent reporting. This improves uptime, speeds up response, and enables clear operational control across the asset.

  • Design control rooms built for real-world operations.

Command platforms are structured to support real-time monitoring, incident workflows, and multi-agency coordination. Visibility is strengthened across perimeter protection, access control, CCTV, drones, and field teams. The outcome is faster decisions, clearer accountability, and auditable oversight.

  • Enable secure data sharing across systems and stakeholders.

Data pipelines are built to standardise inputs from multiple systems into reliable operational intelligence. Legacy platforms are connected to modern tools without disrupting existing operations. This creates consistent data, stronger governance, and trusted reporting across the organisation.

  • Turn operational data into faster and smarter action.

AI-assisted monitoring improves detection, reduces noise, and strengthens alert quality across high-volume environments. Analytics support threat patterns, asset performance tracking, and predictive maintenance. Automation reduces manual workload while improving operational consistency and response speed.

  • Secure revenue flows and strengthen operational controls.

Platforms are delivered to support billing, permits, compliance, throughput monitoring, and operational reporting. Revenue-linked processes are digitised to reduce leakage, prevent fraud, and improve audit readiness. This strengthens financial performance across complex infrastructure operations.

  • Build tailored platforms where off-the-shelf tools fall short.

Bespoke software is developed to meet operational requirements that standard products cannot address. This includes dashboards, workflows, access roles, integrations, and secure reporting layers. Delivery is designed for scalability, upgrades, and long-term maintainability.

  • Protect critical systems and maintain continuity under threat.

Cybersecurity controls are applied across networks, endpoints, and operational platforms to reduce risk and disruption. Resilience planning includes access governance, continuity measures, and monitoring where required. The objective is stable operations and sustained uptime in high-risk environments.
